Trofi Systems and CST Strategic Advisors Partner to Create Trofi Security

Denver, CO, February 11, 2015 – Trofi Systems Solutions, founded in 1999 to provide information security and compliance services, has joined forces with CST Strategic Advisors, founded in 2012 to provide virtual CxO services, with the aim of accelerating their growth within the burgeoning Information Security Services industry. The transaction was completed on January 30, 2015, and the newly formed entity will operate under the name Trofi Security.

Information security spending by organizations has seen double-digit growth for the past decade. With information security challenges projected to be a significantly greater priority for Boards and Executive teams worldwide, prompted by a growing number of high profile incidents, the demand for information security services is expected to grow exponentially over the next decade. Gartner predicts that by 2018 more than half of all organizations will look to outside firms to provide managed security services as part of their information security strategy.
